  1. Kip's number stones

    Hi friend! Meet Kip the kangaroo. Kip hops on number stones. 2, 4, 6, 8. Which stone comes next? Let's hop along with Kip!

  2. Hop by 2

    Here are Kip's stones. 2, 4, 6, 8. Watch the hops. Plus 2, plus 2, plus 2. One more hop. 8 + 2 = 10!

  3. Hop backward

    Sometimes Kip hops backward. 20, 17, 14, 11. Each hop goes back 3. The numbers get smaller. So next is 11 − 3 = 8! Watch out! Check every hop. Don't guess.
