Rows and columns
Row one: 3 + 5 = 8. Row two: 4 + 6 = 10. Now the columns. Down one: 3 + 4 = 7. Down two: 5 + 6 = 11.

Box A is blank. Look at its row. 12 + A = 20. Count up from 12 to 20. That's 8. So A is 8! Watch out! A is not 20. Check the column too.
