1. The Robot Rally

   Welcome to the Robot Rally with Coach Iris! Every robot gets a speed score and a style score. But style counts for more! Speed is worth 40% of the final score, and style is worth 60%. Let's mix them fairly.

2. What is a weight?

   Think of the final score as 10 tokens. Speed gets 4 tokens: 40%. Style gets 6 tokens: 60%. Style has more tokens, so it pulls the final score harder. A weight tells how much each part counts.

3. A weighted score

   Robot Bolt scores 80 for speed and 90 for style. 40% of 80 is 32. 60% of 90 is 54. Add the parts: 32 + 54 = 86. Bolt's weighted score is 86! Watch out: don't just average 80 and 90.
